Let me speak

Let me speak to you,
a profound talk,
Let our souls just take a walk.
Let us reach in words the sky.
Let us share us, you and I.
Never let the meanings die.
Never let emotions sleep.
Let me find no end to your spirit,
No matter how I’ve got too deep.
Let me nurture it. Let me cheer it.
Let me crave it, love it, revere it.
In a world where all’s a lie,
Grant the truth to a passer-by.

Let me speak to you,
a profound talk,
Let our souls just take a walk.
Though our hearts may be torn asunder,
Yet in our souls much to ponder.
No matter how lost you may seem.
You have yet a soul to redeem.
Though we may lie in the gutter,
Let the conversation matter,
& be reminded always may we;
that no matter what we say.
Inspiration finds a way.

Let me speak to you,
a profound talk,
Let our souls just take a walk.
Let me for a moment find solace,
& see a tainted world so flawless.
Let me listen, let me see.
Revive feelings out of me.
Let me speak of truths unknown,
But hidden deep in fragments and pieces.
Remember those words are not my own,
All those words my mouth releases
But rather a thousand meaning
formed by souls out of passion
interlacing, intertwining, intervening.
formed by hearts out of compassion
Offering a world that’s less-demeaning.
Break the mutual silent stare
With a clause, question or prayer.

Let me speak to you,
a profound talk,
Let our souls just take a walk.
Let me tell you about the God I find,
whenever I search for in this universe,
Let me show you a world confined
within all music and all verse.
Or may you show me how to question,
I may show you every wonder,
Or may you show how to wander,
Or how you repent for transgression,
Or I may show you how to weep.
Just never let emotions sleep.
Never let the meanings die.
Let us share us, you and I.
